About the Better Together Project
Better Together, funded by Leeds City Council Public Health, is a collaborative partnership between St Luke’s CARES, Health for All, Holbeck Together and ASHA. The Better Together programme provides an inclusive array of group activities, events and individual support across southLeeds. It supports people from all ethnicities to receive the support which is right for them and seeks to improve the health of individuals across South Leeds.
